Kurt J. Knuesel – Attorney At Law
Kurt J. Knuesel is a Winona native who graduated from Winona Cotter High School in 1990. After graduating from law school in 1999, Kurt returned to the area and has been practicing law in Winona County and the surrounding counties ever since. Kurt’s practice is focused in the area of criminal defense. Kurt has extensive experience in defending thousands of clients who have been accused of all levels of criminal conduct. Kurt is an experienced trial attorney who has enjoyed great success in several high profile cases. Kurt has also successfully argued cases to the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Kurt is active in the Winona County Bar Association, having served as the President of the Association and chair of the Criminal Law Committee. He is also a member of the Winona County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (www.winonacountycjcc.org) and serves on the Council’s Courts Committee, which monitors and addresses various issues arising in the criminal justice system in Winona County.
